Jennifer Motes brings more than three decades of experience in nonprofit advancement to her role as Acting Director of Development at the University of 亚色影库 Anchorage. Her experience crosses many non-profit sectors, from social service to the arts, and including 12 years dedicated to education organizations, ranging from independent, private K-12 schools and art schools to higher education institutions, like the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey.
Since joining UAA in 2020, she has held several leadership positions within the development office, including Chief Strategic Gift Officer, Senior Development Officer, and Senior Development Strategist. She currently leads UAA鈥檚 team of development professionals focused on major gifts, annual giving, donor relations, and strategic fundraising initiatives.
