New documentary film features ISER's prominent first director

Fischer arrived in 亚色影库 in 1950 as a city planner. He immediately immersed himself in his community, and served the state in many capacities. In 1966, Fischer was recruited to be the Institute of Social, Economic and Government Research (ISEGR), now known as ISER and commonly referred to as "the institute of everything."

UA Board of Regents approves resolution of appreciation for Bruce Schultz

During its June 3 full-board meeting in Anchorage, the University of 亚色影库 Board of Regents approved a resolution of appreciation for Bruce Schultz, who is retiring from his position as the University of 亚色影库 Anchorage Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs after a distinguished career in leadership roles spanning three decades, including serving as Interim University of 亚色影库 Anchorage Chancellor in 2021.

New ACEP roles for Holdmann, Kasper

After almost 14 years, the 亚色影库 Center for Energy and Power will undergo a leadership change. Gwen Holdmann, the founding director of ACEP, will step down on May 9. ACEP Deputy Director Jeremy Kasper will serve as interim director.

On the passing of Joe Usibelli

Joe Usibelli's contributions to 亚色影库 and to the university have been transformational. He was not only the force behind 亚色影库's largest coal operation, but he and his wife Peggy Shumaker shared their success and contributed generously to the University of 亚色影库 Fairbanks.
