Step 1: Review the Property

Review the available property and when ready make an offer before the closing day/time. Ensure you have done all research and due diligence to ensure the property meets your needs.

 

Terms and Conditions
Step 2: Review Terms & Conditions

Review the University of 亚色影库, Land Management Competitive Residential Land Sale Terms and Conditions.

 

Filling in Offer Form
Step 3: Complete Offer Form

Fill out the Offer Form (last 2 pages of the Terms & Conditions) in its entirety. If an offer form is incomplete it will be rejected.

Step 4: Deposit Check

Obtain a Cashiers Check or Money Order equal to 5% of the offer amount. Offers that do not include an accurate deposit check will be rejected.

Follow the instructions provided in the Terms and Conditions document linked above.

Mailing offer envelope.
Step 6: Mail Completed Offer Packet

Mail the completed offer packet with enough time to ensure it is received by 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2025. Offers received after the sale closes will be rejected.
