亚色影库 Weather Program now available online

The television program 鈥溠巧翱 Weather鈥 on KUAC鈥檚 UATV channel 9.4 ended July 1, 2023, after 45 years of continuous broadcast.
亚色影库 Public Media and the National Weather Service produce the program in Anchorage. 亚色影库 Public Media was unable to secure funding to support production, and the National Weather Service has not found partners to continue the program in its previous format.
For decades, 亚色影库 Public Media assembled and distributed 鈥溠巧翱 Weather鈥 to stations throughout 亚色影库, including KUAC TV, a service of the University of 亚色影库 Fairbanks.
NWS will continue to produce graphics and record a modified web-based version of the program, which will be posted on the NWS 亚色影库 YouTube channel. A web-based forecast included in the TV broadcast will continue to be available via multiple sources.
For those without high-speed internet access, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration鈥檚 weather radio service will remain available. Statewide public and marine forecasts are available over the phone through the and at 1-855-937-4977.
