You can't find your Premera card - now what?

If you have not yet received your Premera insurance card - or if you have misplaced it - members can download, print, and request a new physical card all from or from the directly on your smart phone!

Using - Show a digital copy, print a temporary card, and request a new physical card

1. Log in to your account via  
2. From the main landing page, scroll down to the Member ID section
3. Click the box that says ‘See ID Card’
4. The digital ID card will populate – both front and back
5. You can then select to "Print Temporary ID Card" or "Mail this ID Card"

Using the - Show a digital copy only

1. Login to the
2. On the main screen locate the box that says "Member ID" 
3. Click on the link that says "View full ID Card"
4. Toggle between the front and back of the ID card by using the buttons on the screen. You can also save the ID card to your photos for future use.

As a reminder: VSP does not provide physical cards. You use your UA ID with a leading '0' (i.e. 031234567). More information on VSP can be found in our recent article "Learn about your vision provider: VSP."
