Virtual Care Updates - 98point6 replaces Doctors on Demand; Spring Health available

Starting January 1, 2026, 98point6 will be our new virtual care provider. They will replace Doctors on Demand. 98point6 provides on-demand care - via video and text - from general medicine/primary care providers.  Additionally, Spring Health will be available to help support mental health therapy by phone or video chat for ages 6 and older. Psychiatric and medication management are also available for ages 18 and older. Sign in to the Premera mobile app to access both 98point6 and Spring Health from the Find Care section.

Dental GRID+ Updates

Starting January 1, 2026, Premera will join the Dental GRID+ network which will expand dental access to those covered on a Premera plan. This network update will mean that some providers may move in- or out-of-network. Members who received services from a provider that is moving out-of-network in January will receive letters from Premera notifying them of the change in December. As always, please confirm in-network services by locating your provider on Premera's website or by calling TouchCare at 1-866-486-8242.

BestBeginnings - Sunset January 2026

BestBeginnings will no longer be available in January 2026. Affected members were communicated with directly from Premera. There is not currently a replacement for BestBeginnings.

Premera ID Cards

Premera will be mailing out new ID cards to all UA members. The cards will have two updates: (1) adding the international toll-free number for those that need care while traveling outside of the country and (2) updating dental to the GRID+.
