Are you at a loss trying to navigate all the benefits available to you as a UA employees? TouchCare is here to help!

  • Do you need an x-ray, MRI, or other non-emergent service? 
    • TouchCare can generate a list of providers for you to choose from that outline medical expertise and pricing.
  • Do you need help finding an in-network provider?
    • TouchCare can provide a list to you and even call to make your appointment for you.
  • Do you have a bill you don't understand?
    • TouchCare provides expert guidance on decoding a medical bill. They can even help straighten out a billing error with Premera or your provider.
  • Have you experienced a life event and you aren't sure a plan change is necessary?
    • TouchCare can compare plans - even plans with another employer - to see what might work best for you and your family, both medically and financially.

At UA, all UA employees have access to TouchCare. TouchCare can provide assistance on all of the above issues - and more!

  • Schedule a benefit and/or pharmacy refresher (high-level overview)
  • - and introduction to health care and benefits (general information, not necessarily UA specific)
  • General benefit education
  • Enrollment assistance for new employees, life events, and Open Enrollment
  • Finding an in-network provider and scheduling appointments

  • Locating lower cost prescription medications
